How to Measure Your Rough Opening

1. Record smallest measurement here:
Between the studs, measure width at top, centre and bottom of opening. Record the smallest measurement in the white box. (Rough stud opening only)

Transom (IG) Glass Only:
Add Actual Transom Height (Unit Dimension) to Frame Unit Height of 2110mm also allow for 28mm for Brickmould.
Allow extra to frame unit height for rough opening clearance.
Elliptical and Rectangle Transom:
It is Highly Recommended to have your installer figure rough opening measurement due to total height of entire unit. Additional work may be required to increase the size of the opening for structural purposes.
